چکیده

Abstract Study question To evaluate modified Applebaum uterine scoring system in predicting the receptivity and clinical pregnancy rate? Summary answer The version of has sensitivity 0.9411 specificity 0.5869 embryo transfer cycle. What is known already endometrial have been accepted to be major limiting factors establishment pregnancy. Different techniques developed receptivity, such as array or histological dating. advantage Ultrasound it’s non-invasiveness, repeatability, real time monitoring predictability. design, size, duration It a prospective observational study. group comprises 200 female with primary infertility over period 6 month. Participants/materials, setting, methods Exclusion criteria was patients associated male sub-fertility having anomalies. study conducted at D.Y.Patil fertility centre, unit Bloom IVF. All were given before FET based on Endometrial thickness, morphology, vascularisation, myometrial echogenicity, artery PI EDF, blood flow. Main results role chance overall rate 54%. A perfect score 20 97.4% rate. Scores 17 19 85.4% scores 14 16 28.6%. Score less than 13 not any Modified showed outcome On an individual basis, end diastolic flow(EDF) Pulsatility index(PI) flow found significant for basis Z p value < 0.01 Limitations, reasons caution As there no case secondary infertility, Grade III/IV endometriosis, endocrine disorder might replicate same results. Wider implications findings this quite good. could good tool assessing endometrium transfer. Trial registration number Not applicable

Uterine Receptivity to Embryo Implantation

It is both flattering and humbling to be asked to address this topic, since quite a few people at this meeting could address it equally well or better. In fact, Koji wrote a review with almost exactly the same title 20 years ago (1). However, each of us would address the area somewhat differently. Over the years I have had the privilege of examining blastocysts and implantation sites of a large...

Assessment of Uterine Receptivity by the Subendometrial- Endometrial Blood Flow Distribution Pattern in Frozen- thawed Embryo Transfer Cycles

Objective: To investigate the correlation of blood flow detected by 2-Dimensional Power Doppler (2D-PD) sonography in the subendometrial-endometrial unit with the pregnancy outcome in frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET) cycles. Study design: Prospective non-randomized observational study. Materials and methods: A total of 127 patients undergoing their first FET cycle were recruited and prepared...

Dysregulated cannabinoid signaling disrupts uterine receptivity for embryo implantation.

The mechanisms by which synchronized embryonic development to the blastocyst stage, preparation of the uterus for the receptive state, and reciprocal embryo-uterine interactions for implantation are coordinated are still unclear. We show in this study that preimplantation embryo development became asynchronous in mice that are deficient in brain-type (CB1) and/or spleen-type (CB2) cannabinoid r...

Preliminary report of an ultrasonography and colour Doppler uterine score to predict uterine receptivity in an in-vitro fertilization programme.

A total of 96 women undergoing in-vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment were examined by transvaginal ultrasonography with colour and pulsed Doppler ultrasound on the 22nd day of the menstrual cycle preceding IVF. We assessed endometrial thickness, endometrial morphology, myometrial echogenicity, subendometrial vascularization, the uterine artery pulsatility index, protodiastolic notch and end di...
